NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Rainbow Kehilah—the Northern Rivers Jewish Community, Inc., will be held at:

This meeting is open to Financial Members of Rainbow Kehilah and Invitees. Only current (financial), Full Members are entitled to vote at this meeting.

This notice is now given only via electronic means and will be the only notice you will receive.

THE AGENDA will include the following: The current Committee will vacate and nominations for Committee positions will be announced. Should there be more than one person nominated for a position, a ballot will take place, otherwise those positions will be deemed to have been filled. Financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008, will be available for viewing. Various Annual Reports will be presented, including those from the Executive.

NOMINATIONS for Committee positions must be lodged with the Secretary by Friday 26th December, 2008.

PROXIES must be lodged with the Secretary no later than twenty four (24) hours before the meeting.
